RETURNS & REFUNDS
UPDATE: 3/16/20 - Effective Immediately – With the guidance of local health care officials and calls with CDC, we unfortunately have to suspend our returns policy. With the porous surface nature of sporting goods equipment, we cannot guarantee the 100% sanitation of equipment that has left our facility.
We know this may be a difficult decision, but we have to limit the potential exposure and spread of the Corona Virus to our employees, family members and future customers making purchases of said returned items.
Top String Lacrosse will return or exchange any unused, non customized merchandise in original packaging within 30 days of purchase (Criteria listed below). Returns/exchanges must be accompanied by hard copy proof of purchase and can be refunded as merchandise credit or original payment method. Customized items which include team stores items, custom dyed and/or strung heads, custom design helmets and any other specialty personalized merchandise are not valid for return or exchange. While custom strung heads cannot be returned we will however do our best to try to help you with any fix you may be experiencing with a custom stringing, please contact us at email@example.com
Eligible Return Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase and meeting the following criteria:
Be in the item’s original packaging and package tagging
Show no scuffs, stains, dirt, wear marks from stringing or other marks that would indicate use
Be in the original condition in which it was purchased
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER
First contact Top String Lacrosse by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 412-874-6894; so that we can verify that the item meets the Eligible Return Criteria.
Once verified you can then send the item and a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip back to us.
You can ship the item back to us with any shipping service, however we do recommend shipping via UPS or insured US mail.
Top String Lacrosse will not be responsible for neither shipping nor return shipping on orders that we correctly filled. Top String Lacrosse will be responsible for all shipping costs if we sent you an incorrect item.
Keep records of your receipts and tracking numbers in case package is lost or damaged en route.
Top String Lacrosse will not responsible for returned packages that are lost in shipment.
Please allow up to three business days from the date that we receive your return shipment for returns processing. Once the return has been processed, it may take up to 14 business days for your credit card company to post the refund to your account.
Due to inventory and accounting concerns we cannot simply swap items – we will just credit your card for what you send back. It’s then your decision if you want to reorder another size/color combo.
